Our team here at Platinum Plus Recruitment we are collaborating closely with a great charity, Reuben’s Retreat that supports families bereaved of a child and families of children with a life limiting and life threatening illness. Reuben’s Retreat was born in memory of Reuben Michael Graham who tragically passed away in August 2012, aged just 23 months. Reuben’s Retreat offers a range of services including counselling, support groups, activity & therapy days, short breaks for life-limited children and their families along with bereavement breaks.

Lakshmi – Managing Director 

Lakshmi has worked in recruitment for over 10 years, she is highly talented and professional with a passion for changing people’s lives for the better and searching for their dream job opportunity. Lakshmi is married with two young boys, Greater London based and enjoys travelling, tennis and boating. 

Hali – Senior Recruitment Consultant

Hali has been working in recruitment for the past three years.  She began her career within the travel industry with experience in sales, inventory, customer service and legal claims. Hali made the transition into teaching and studied as a Montessori Teacher and has experience with pre-school children and special educational needs.

Hali’s hobbies are walking, gardening, reading, languages and writing.

Hali is Kent based, married with two grown up children, and an adorable Golden Retriever called Bertie.

Charlie Fitter – Recruitment Consultant

With over 6 years’ experience in Travel & Recruitment, Charlie is known for his excellent customer service, honesty & determination to find the best possible jobs for candidates and clients alike. As an avid Tottenham fan he enjoys Football, Golf & Reading. He also adores dogs, with a 10 year old Jack Russell called Baxter.

Alistair – Senior Recruitment Consultant

Over 30 years of executive management experience and gained a huge amount of experience in training, coaching, sales, web development, marketing, finance and business consultancy. Alistair works closely with all areas of the business lending his experience to other divisions. Experience in placing senior executives in relation to company turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions and management buyouts.

Alistair is a people person with a zest for life, loves to travel and supports Chelsea to pacify his son! 

Monty – Recruitment Consultant 

Monty has worked in Banking, Finance, Travel and Recruitment for many years. Monty is Leeds based with a friendly manner and attention to detail, providing a first class service to many businesses. Monty is married with two children and enjoys football, travelling and the pub!

And not forgetting…. Bertie our wonderful office dog.

Bertie is an 8 year old Golden Retriever who is devoted to his ‘Mum’ Hali and is an asset to the team! He keeps everyone’s spirits up and is humanistic in so many wonderful ways. Bertie loves cuddles, teddies, sleeping and steak!
