You shall be supporting other areas of the business in making sure everything is in place to ensure customer’s holidays run smoothly including pre-allocating airline seats, making airline bookings as well as applying for visas and observing current world events.
The successful applicant should be able to offer the highest of customer service and have travel operational and customer service experience working for a tour operator.
