We are working with a highly successful estate agency who are now seeking an IT Service Desk Administrator to join their team in Horsham.
Our client is developing and improving the technology side of the business in which the ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming queries.
Duties will include:
- Offering first line support to 100 + estate agency offices and related departments – approximately 700 users.
- Logging and helping to deal with Estate Agency system support and IT related queries, providing quick and efficient solutions.
- Be knowledgeable about MS Office programmes
- Be interested in helping people
- Possibly have some PC technical skills (not essential as training is provided)
- Be great on the telephone with second to none customer service skills
- Have some interested in IT generally.
