Our client is digitizing real estate & construction projects in more than 50 countries worldwide. As a B2B SaaS provider, our client brings software solutions to industries.

Our client has received generous funding to assist launch in the next stage of its growth. Now seeking an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join its London team at their modern offices in centre of town, close to the best of what the city has to offer: great restaurants, bars, music and more. Ideal for a business development professional seeking something a little different.

Duties:

  • Building our clients customer base in one of our most rapid-growth countries.
  • Take on warm customer leads generated in-house and will develop and execute the sales process.
  • From acquisition to presentation to closing, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth throughout the region.
  • While collaborating with other departments, you’ll develop your own style of pitching and negotiating, taking into account our diverse customer segments.
  • Actively contact leads and execute the sales process in a creative and professional way.
  • Drive the acquisition of new B2B customers and develop existing customers.
  • Bring a responsible, accurate and results-driven working style to the team.
  • Conduct product presentations for potential customers.
  • Negotiate prices with potential customers and close deals.

Requirements:

  • You have a minimum 2 years experience within Business Development / Customer Success / Sales Management.
  • You have worked across at least one of the construction/ facilities management/ utilities / real-estate sectors for a minimum of 2 years.
  • You should be sociable, sales-oriented and flexible.
  • You should enjoy traveling for work and have a valid class B driving license.
  • You love to learn and can motivate yourself to achieve within a busy B2B Sales team.
  • You have excellent spoken and written English language skills.
